Everyone is so friendly and clearly enjoys what they do for a living - which is making people smile! Highly knowledgeable, excellent care team with attention to detail and compassionate dentistry. This is a great team from the doctors on out to the front desk. Thank You for taking over this needed local practice - you've transformed it into the best dentistry I've ever experienced.

This was my first visit to this dental office, and I was so impressed. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly . The dentist was so patient and took her time to explain everything that she was going to do while extracting my broken tooth. I had no anxiety and no discomfort. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

This year, my husband and I switched our dentist to Charles Town Smile. We are very impressed with Dr. Armentrout and her staff. I am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but they are all very friendly and professional, and I felt at ease and comfortable. Elizabeth was super nice and gave me a very gentle yet excellent cleaning. It was interesting to see their modern hi-tech equipment they are using to scan our teeth. Then, Dr. Armentrout came to greet me. She was so bright, cheerful, and very friendly. She took time to go over my teeth condition and listened to me and what I would like to do. I have a bit of work to be done, and it always has been difficult to find a doctor who is willing to listen and work with me to lay out a long-term treatment plan utilizing insurance too. With her, I believe I can get it done this time. :-)

First time client here! It had been two years since my last cleaning and exam. The hygienist was VERY thorough during my gum exam and gentle during cleaning. My hygienist got so excited over my healthy gums—it was hilarious. Definitely will be returning!

I’ve been going to Charles Town Smiles for over a year now, I believe right about the time Dr. Diaz retired. The transition has been great and I love the staff. Appointments are on time and fast, but thorough. They address any issues I may have. Staff is very professional, kind and the office is sanitary. They’ve rescheduled me with no issues in the past if something came up. I highly recommend Charles Town Smiles!

I have been searching for a dentist for a long time, all the while acquiring quite a bit of dental work that needed to be done. I finally found Charles Town Smiles that takes my insurance, so I made an appointment. From my first impression, I could tell it was a smaller type business with a very friendly atmosphere. The office staff was friendly and personable, very kind and nice. When I met Dr. A, I was very impressed. She is awesome! She has a wonderful bedside manner and explains everything very well. She knew what she was doing and I trusted her to do my very first root canal, that I had been putting off (and had teeth extracted in the past because of my fear and insecurity of having a root canal). It's been a few weeks, as I am waiting on my appointment for my permanent crown bridge(root canal - 3 total crowns). All in all, highly recommend Charles Town Smiles for your dentist needs. Give them a call.

I just had my first appointment with Charles Town Smiles a few weeks ago. They say a first impression is a lasting one, and I definitely had a great one. Before I even stepped foot in the office, my first interaction was with Allan. Allan was so friendly from the first time we spoke. He made sure everything was good to go with my insurance and ensured things ran smoothly. When my son and I came in for our appointments, the dental assistant was incredibly friendly and did our x-rays. Then, we got to meet Dr. Salas. He was just as friendly as everyone else and did a great job explaining what the next steps would be. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with Charles Town Smiles. If you're looking for an amazing staff, a beautiful office and quality dental service, I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve been a patient of Drs. Armentrout and Salas for many years and am thrilled they now have a Charles Town location. I highly recommend this office.!! I have NEVER had any issues with their service or billing /insurance. They have a great staff and facilities are always clean.

Our children are picky about dentists, luckily we found this one that is local and does a great job for them. I'm not as picky, but they do a great job for me as well. Staff has been great from top to bottom. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The hygienist and dentist was kind, patient, and explained every step clearly, which immediately put me at ease. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth from start to finish. The office was spotless and used modern equipment, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I received. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for excellent, gentle, and trustworthy dental care.
